The site consists of an eco-museum, a shop and a restaurant. Through its amenities, l’Aventure du Sucre tells the story of sugar – a story that is deeply entwined with the history of Mauritius and of its people.

Duration of the visit (estimated): 1h30 minimum; full and detailed visit: 3h.
The visit includes a free tasting of more than 30 products at le Village Boutik including 12 unrefined brown sugars, rums of the New Grove House, jams and honey. Nearly all sections of the site are accessible to wheelchair users.
